Agree on a Minimum Sale Price
You set an agreed minimum sale price with us before anything is listed. That figure is your safety net: your item will never be sold below it. We'll also agree on our commission and any applicable fees up front, so there are no surprises later.
We Prepare and List Your Item
We photograph your item, write the listing and market it on your behalf. If it needs a hand to look its best, optional cleaning and presentation services are available. Collection and storage can also be arranged where applicable — these extras are charged separately.
We Handle Enquiries and Negotiations
Every question, every offer, every "is it still available?" — we deal with it all. We screen out time-wasters, negotiate with genuine buyers and push for the best price we can get above your agreed minimum.
The Sale Is Completed
When a buyer commits, we finalise the sale and take payment. If delivery is part of the deal, we can arrange it where applicable. Throughout the whole process, your item remains your property until it is sold.
You Get Paid
Once cleared funds have been received, your sale proceeds are released. You receive the agreed amount, and Territory Sellers retains the agreed commission and any applicable fees. Done — item sold, money in your account, and you never had to deal with a single tyre-kicker.
